Local Lead Partner is a founder-led Google Ads consultancy focused exclusively on local service businesses.
My journey into digital advertising didn’t begin inside a marketing agency. It began after I moved to Brazil many years ago. At the time I didn’t speak Portuguese and needed to find a way to build a business and support my new family.
I began working at a local English school and eventually decided to build a small website and run Google Ads to attract students directly. At the time I didn’t know how to build websites or manage advertising campaigns myself, so I hired agencies to handle both.
The strategy worked extremely well at first. Within months my schedule was full and I was even hiring additional teachers to keep up with demand. But as competitors began copying the strategy, leads started to decline. After working with four different agencies and seeing the same problems repeated, I eventually decided to learn how the entire system worked myself.
Over time I discovered something many business owners eventually realize: most agencies specialize in only one piece of the puzzle. Some build websites. Some run ads. Very few truly understand how the entire lead generation system needs to work together.
That realization pushed me to learn everything involved — Google Ads strategy, landing pages, conversion optimization, and campaign management. What began as a necessity to grow my own business eventually became the foundation for helping other service businesses do the same.

Long-term relationships with service businesses built on consistent results and direct accountability.
What I eventually learned: every business deserves a marketing partner who approaches their campaigns with the same care and responsibility they would apply to their own.
For service businesses, every lead matters and every advertising dollar counts. Campaigns should be managed with the same level of attention, discipline, and accountability that any owner would expect if the business were their own.
